Flight Review

Mar 11, 2020

Seats are incredibly small and uncomfortable; moving to empty seat not permitted

Mar 7, 2020

I was happy with the safe, punctual flight.

Mar 4, 2020

Very good legroom and seat size.

Mar 3, 2020

Someone wore heavy cologne on the flight and I was quite nauseous

Mar 2, 2020

Easy flight

Feb 29, 2020

Bad weather created many different delays that the airlines had no control over. The flight, crew and staff were wonderful, but the weather caused in total 4 hours delay. Luckily my connecting flight was also delayed and I was able to catch it. Staff at MIA was pretty poor, staff at EWR was great and very helpful.

Feb 29, 2020

No hassels & arrived ahead of schedule

Feb 26, 2020

I was injured and had upgraded our seats for additional leg room. These were not afforded to me and I had to settle for a seat that was not comfortable. The flight attendants were all ver sweet on all flights

Feb 25, 2020

I said I would never use American Air lines again because they stole my ipad 2 years ago, nothing was missing this time

Feb 25, 2020

Heavy woman in seat next to me really encroached on my space. I did not say anything. Arm rest needed to be in up position for her. Perhaps a few larger seats added to plane for such persons.

Feb 21, 2020

I had a wonderful experience with my roundtrip flights. You staff members are wonderful and I prefer Delta over other airlines that fly out of Albany NY

Feb 18, 2020

Everything was fine

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Lake George

These practical tips about airport security checks will save you lots of time on your trip to Lake George:

  • Make sure your boarding pass and travel ID are easily accessible. You will be instructed to present them straightaway.
  • Wallets, USB sticks and mobile phones should be placed in a tub for X-raying. If you walk into the body scanner with any one of these items, you'll be turned around and requested to remove them.
  • Make sure your phone, laptop and other electronic devices are within reach. These items need to be sent through the X-ray machine in separate trays.
  • When it comes to flying with gels and liquids, each passenger is permitted a quart-sized clear resealable bag to transport containers no greater than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Think about your choice of footwear. Slippers are great because they're a piece of cake to step out of when you're doing the airport security checks. Try wearing some on your next journey!
  • Stash any pocketknives or other pointy metal items in your checked luggage. Airport security won't permit these aboard the aircraft.
