Jan 29, 2020

No one was at the gate at 6 am for a 6:40 am take-off. Suddenly, an agent appeared and everyone was to board, all rows and all seats at once. There was a long line.

This was by far the best flight for the last 35 years of flying from Europe and Greece.Aegean was very good overall but the one that stood the most was Swiss airlines.I never felt more appreciated, there service and all the staff from the pilot to the last crew member were an amazing team with the only goal to offer you anything that could make your flight safe and enjoyable.they never stop for hours to serve and assist you from their hearts.I loved them all three of the crew that was assigned to our seats area 31, the lady with the beautiful smile and both gentlemen never got tiered of serving us.They deserve everything and their employer should be very proud and honored that have these kind of people working for them.I will be looking for Swiss airlines to travel again to Europe and Greece.Thank you.

Jan 28, 2020

All good. Will travel again with Swiss air

Jan 24, 2020

Great flights

Jan 21, 2020

We were not allowed to pre-book seats on the Delhi-Zurich flight which was highly inconvenient. Otherwise the experience was good.

Jan 9, 2020

I needed help to transfer at Zurich to a flight to Boston. A service representative met me at the air plane and personally escorted me to my next flight. I had only 50 minutes between flights and I am 80 years old so I would not have made the next flight without the kind help of the service man from Swiss Air. Thank you. Sarah Clayton

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Lucerne

If you like the idea of spending more time at the airport bar and less time navigating your way through security on your way to Lucerne, follow these practical tips:

  • Have your boarding pass and passport somewhere accessible. They'll be the first things you'll be instructed to produce by security personnel.
  • It's important to know that metal belt buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you're wearing one, you may be instructed to step back and remove it before moving forward.
  • All laptops must be taken out of their protective carry bags and placed in a tray before being scanned.
  • Face cream, toothpaste and other toiletry items in liquid, gel or cream form need to be stored in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters). They also need to fit in a 1-quart (1-liter) clear zip-lock bag.
  • Undo your shoelaces as you approach the body scanner. Depending on what sort of shoes you've got on, security may instruct you to remove them.
  • Multi-tools and corkscrews are prohibited inside the aircraft. Put them in your checked luggage to avoid leaving them at the security checkpoint.
