Flight Review

Mar 15, 2020

We were grateful for the care taken during the coronavirus situation.

Feb 23, 2020

Seats small but staff good

Feb 17, 2020

Thank you for both flights having 📺 tv

Feb 16, 2020

Flight attendant was polite, funny, and bubbly. She had a great attitude and personality!

Feb 12, 2020

We were consistently put in the last boarding group and had to check our carry-one, unless we wanted to pay extra. The entertainment did not work on my TV on our long flight and the flight attendants were not overly concerned about helping resolve the issue. My brand new London Fog suitcase sustained a significant amount of damage in return flight. I’m hoping American will repair or replace but it didn’t sound encouraging when I reported the issue.

Feb 12, 2020

Great pilot

Feb 3, 2020

I almost didn’t get a seat bc at the kiosk, I offered to be bumped for $xx at xx time only. That translated into me almost getting stuck in Denver! You might want to reevaluate the kiosk experience, or at least the language.

Jan 16, 2020

Not as loaded down..

Jan 14, 2020

Was very pleased overall. Thank you.

Jan 5, 2020

I changed to an earlier flight and staff made sure my bag was on this earlier flight. Amazing!
