I'm not happy with Travelocity. When booking the flight I selected the level that included paying for my bags which added to our overall ticket price. When we got to the counter to check in, we were told it was not included and had to pay AGAIN for our bags, another $360 and we will have to do the same on the return. When asked if we used Travelocity, they said this happens frequently with your company. We wont be using travelocity again and will share with our friends through social media about our disappointment.
