Thank you for great service

Why is this airline still spraying bug spray in the cabin before landing in Malaysia?

Jan 16, 2020

Check in was excellent... but the young ladies AT the gate, all of them, were quite rude. They were in a bad mood, seemingly bored with their jobs. Bothered to get off their phones. Otherwise - always good. Thank you.

Travelocity didn't mention that if we want meals on the flight we're supposed to book those beforehand or pay for them on the flight, or if they did, I didn't see it. Fortunately it was a short flight.

Very good

Dec 7, 2019

I was not aware luggage needed to be checked in 48+ hours before flight. No clear information given on that. Therefore as I was unable to check my luggage in the night before my flight I was charged accordingly, 100% more than the regular check in. AA need to inform the public more clearly about these costly rules, that is of course unless they are happy people fall foul of them!

Only late flight . All was ok otherwise

Very pleasant flight

Nov 25, 2018

Check in was a nightmare. The system had wrong luggage information and the staff was not able to override those. They found a solution, but it took an incredible amount of time. The plane itself was one of the rocked down ones, lot of things (screens, lights, others) were broken or disfunctional.

Did not like taking a bus and climbing stairs to board aircraft

  • Take off your shoes and belt before approaching the airport security checkpoint. Items such as these are not allowed to pass through the body scanner.
  • Laptops and other electronic devices must be placed in a tub to be X-rayed.
  • When it comes to traveling with gels or liquids, each passenger is allowed a quart-sized clear zip-lock bag to store containers no bigger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
