Flight Review

Feb 6, 2020

I am a small person. If you cut out any more room even I won't be able to fit in the seats and be comfortable.

Sep 12, 2018

While the flight service was good, there was some icy stuff dropping from the ceiling periodically during the boarding and taxing on the runway. It was tiny little pieces of ice that would fall and then promptly melt. I heard other passengers talking about it at their seats, too.

The plane was full. The flight was only 31 minutes and the attendant served us a beverage and cookies with a pleasant attitude. He was great.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Texarkana

If you like the idea of spending more time at the airport bar and less time wading through security on your way to Texarkana, just follow these suggestions:

  • Ensure your passport and boarding pass are not hard to access. You will be instructed to produce them straightaway.
  • Belts, wallets and power banks are to be placed in a tray for X-raying. If you pass through the body scanner with these items, you'll be turned around and requested to remove them.
  • Electronic items such as tablets, laptops and phones will need to be sent through the X-ray machine separately. Make sure they're easily accessible.
  • Face cream, toothpaste and other toiletry items in cream, liquid or gel form need to be stored in containers smaller than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters). They must also fit in a 1-quart (1-liter) clear zip-lock bag.
  • Steel-cap footwear and other cumbersome shoes tend to be X-rayed by airport security. Think about wearing lightweight sneakers instead.
  • Scissors and multi-tools are prohibited inside the aircraft. Put them in your checked luggage to avoid forfeiting them at the airport security checkpoint.
