We arrived after 9PM and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us in. The beds are terribly firm. The “eco-friendly” cups are wrapped in even more plastic. Not sure about eco-friendliness. Otherwise, we appreciated the clean, well-kept condition of the room and building in general.
