Rooms were small. Lots of cosmetic defects (peeling ceiling, trim warped) plus very dated flooring, cramped rooms, not much natural light, fridge wasn’t cold and ac didn’t work. I know prices are marked up for the event in town but even I won’t pay for the mark up ever again. I’d rather drive and extra hour or two afterwards then pay to stay here.

They couldn't find our reservation upon check-in and didn't honor travelocity price quote, and charged us 3 times for their "deposit" fee in the event we messed something up in the room. They also charged the card and cashier didn't wait to hear which card they were supposed to use.
