They had literal bed bugs and neither Travelocity nor the “best western plus” reimbursed me. For my troubles. When i told them they simply did not believe me until i got them to go up to the room and look. And even after they saw them i still feel i won’t be reimbursed. The possibility of bringing the bugs back home with me is such and inconvenience. To be honest I’d look somewhere else if i were you.. real talk. I’d even advice to delete the Travelocity app... trifling

The service was poor, the guy at the front was rude but then tried to be nice, the rooms are old and the beds uncomfortable, but the worst part was having the coffee machine inside the restroom, just disgusting.

Never again will I stay here. The pillows were so small and not comfortable, the walls are paper thin could hear the person across the hall cursing and fussing all night. Loud music playing all hours of the night. No microwave or fridge in the rooms. Also, the noise from the street kept waking us up
