This hotel was in a great location in Chicago. Nice neighbors close to good services, Wrigleyville, good food and the train. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and I slept great. Hot tub area was clean and stocked with towels. Nice breakfast with everything you could want including good coffee!

Have stayed here many times over the past 5 years- this year- the wear and tear is obvious- carpeting pulling up from floor and if you steeped on it just right- carpet nails broke skin on foot- we put towels down where it would happen to us- Can tell someone had an animal- chew marks- some extreme on around the cabinets - wore out/frays in furniture- it is clean but seriously needing help
