The hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. The FULL breakfast was coffee and granola bars. The room was below average and had bugs on the air conditioner. The hotel is not in a safe area. Not what I was expecting coming from another state.

Very loud party above us. Woke us at 1am and didn’t quiet down until 3:45am. Front desk did ask for them to quiet down but it didn’t work. Sounded like a very fun party but we heard EVERYTHING though the vents. Not a restful night’s sleep. exhausted today.

I spoke with a manager about this property. Havent heard back. Carpet filthy. Beds and pillows gave me a stiff neck. Whenever my daughter moved on the sofa sleeper you could hear the springs. She said very uncomfortable. Said they didnt have any more towels. Air control on wall not hooked up. Hot in the room. Could hear water in the pipes when another room used it. Trash all over outside. Pictures and description on internet not what we got. Website clearly states ‘full breakfast’ and it was muffins and coffee. Manager told me it was advertised as such but not true. Need to change on website-misleading. That was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel! I paid $327. For a ‘suite’ which was run down and dirty and NOT as advertised! Poor example of Best Western!
