Charming 3rd Floor Penthouse in B&B

Summary:
Stay in charm! 3rd floor Penthouse suite at the Old Chicago Inn. 3 Bed/4bath (king bed, full bed with bathrooms in the hall & one queen bed with ensuite bathroom). The space has a private kitchen and living room. Two minute walk from the Belmont el Station and the Vic. Wifi, continental breakfast and $30 off at Trader Todd's included. Street parking only, we will provide parking permits 3/night. There are other guest staying on the lower floors. Quiet hours will apply.

The Space:
This space is located on the third floor of a historic Chicago Graystone, fully licensed B&B. The building dates back to 1901 and our guests rooms and common spaces are furnished with antiques and Chicago memorabilia.

Guest Access:
Guest will have exclusive access of the third floor, with a kitchen and living room space. There is a shared living room space on the first floor

The Neighborhood:
Located just four blocks from Wrigley Field and steps from the Belmont "El" stop, the Old Chicago Inn is convenient to the Loop, Museum Campus, shopping on Michigan Ave, and everything the City of Chicago has to offer. Live theatre, music, and a wide variety of dining experiences and vibrant nightlife can be found just steps away in Chicago's Lakeview Neighborhood. Local favorites for dining include Hutch, Mia Francesca's, Sheffields, Trader Todd's, Cheesies

Getting Around:
We are steps to Belmont "El" stop on the Brown, Red and Purple train lines. From there you can travel to both airports, Oak Park, Hyde Park (with bus transfer) and as far north as Evanston. There are dozens of therters, watering holes and restaurants within walking distance. Taxi service as well as Lyft and Uber services are most plentiful in our neighbohood - it is rare to wait longer than 5 minutes for a hired ride or hailed taxi. We also have two major car rental companies just down the street from our location.

Other Things to Note:
If arriving by car, please note, we provide parking permits at check in for the surrounding area, details will be provided after booking. This is city street parking, so don't expect it to be easy. Spothero and The Vic parking garage are paid options.

Interaction with Guests:
There is an innkeeper on site, and there are other guest staying on the floors below. You can be as social as you would like to be
