Staff was excellent! Front desk worker was nice and very helpful. Valet was super cool and went above and beyond! One negative- and I know it’s not them personally but not sure how you charge $40 (actually $53.50 after tax and fees) to park in the hotel lot that you are staying at! That’s ridiculous and not disclosed on Travelocity!

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with the cost of parking. We do try to keep our parking rates low, and in fact, our nightly parking rate is one of the lowest in the city, with some hotels charging over 80 per night to park. We do have this listed on our page on Travelocity, but I am sorry that you missed it when booking. I am, however, so happy to read that you otherwise had a great stay with excellent service from our team! We hope to welcome you back again soon!

We really had trouble using the elevator with our room card, spent a lot of time swiping and nothing would happen??? The van services were outstanding!

Property is conveniently located near the United center and we’ve stayed here in the past. One of the main reasons that We’ve stayed at this property is for the very convenient shuttle they offer for events at the United Center. This service is no longer offered which is a big disappointment

It is very close to the hospital we have appointments at is a benefit Downfalls are the cost. They charge $20 extra for each child. It cost $65 to park.
