Loved the fact that it was close to McCormick Place. Hated that fact that i went to run an errand and when i returned there was another guest that got into my room. Also the side entrance next to the parking lot didn't work so i had to always walk around to the front of the building. This was a huge inconvenience

The rooms are sufficiently large for a hotel in Chicago and parking without an additional charge was also helpful. The staff are helpful and cheerful. However, the hotel could do with some major TLC. Would you believe the rooms were not as clean as the corridors? Housekeeping could do with major improvement. Some days we had to ask before getting clean towels. Our room also needed a couple of maintenance fixes while we were there.

It said it had a restaurant no restaurant it does have a cafe and the gym room had a horrible fowl smell. Other than that it is simple, but nice
