According to my bank, they could not collect the hotel charge in a reasonable time period, because of the hotel. That caused the hotel charge to be delayed at least 2 weeks and ruined my budget. No hotels I stayed at had that problem. Terrible management at this hotel.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that you had such an experience. We authorize your card upon arrival for the full amount of your stay plus an additional amount for incidentals. At checkout, we do charge the final total to the card on file and then release any unused portion of that authorization back to the card. Processing the transaction may take your bank up to 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. However, once we at the hotel put the charges through, it is then up to the bank to process that, and we have no control after that point, unfortunately. This is a standard industry practice and we do advise guests of that via pre-arrival messages, emails, and signage at the front desk. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for your dissatisfaction.

It was a convenient hotel. Close to the train, not to far from the main activities and easy to walk to. A little outdated but it did the job
