The hotel parking lot had tight spaces, was nearly full, and in pretty rough shape with pot holes. Our rental (nissan sentra) barely fit in a space. The staff at check in and check out were nice. We had no trouble checking in or out. We found our room easily, and the WiFi connection worked well. But, the room phone did not work, and the TV remote was found on the floor behind the curtains. Needless to say we gave it a thorough wipe-down. The microwave was loud and ruined the grab n go breakfast sandwiches. But, the bathroom was clean and had lots of towels, and the beds were clean. We only had to sleep and check out, so we didn't use the fitness or pool areas.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the pot holes from the winter weather. The salt and snow plow can be pretty rough on the asphalt. We are definitely on the list to have our lot redone and will look at spacing the parking spots wider. I really appreciate the suggestion!

The walls may be made of tissue paper. Every sound above and next to the room is heard and hard to ignore. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. Otherwise, an affordable place to try to sleep if needing a hotel in the area. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel.

We will rectify immediately and completely. Under reconstruction but over ALL GREAT

Mayra at the front desk had an awesome attitude the rooms were super clean and at that prize who cant beat. Free great breakfast and there strawberry waffles...ahhhhh....the pool and gym also clean...

Under Construction

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff attitude
Do not stay here. The hotel lobby and rooms are all under renovation and the staff has a poor attitude towards how this negatively impacts your stay. I was told to park at the wrong end of the hotel to enter AND there was no elevator there - I was on the 3rd floor with luggage. Then, my toilet would not flushed and I was moved to a room that wasn't quite ready to be used yet (the bathroom was gross). Ice Machine didn't work. Staff had an attitude throughout. I will never stay at Comfort Inn again.
