We were disappointed in the overall hotel. The building was run down. Our window was rotted out, the air conditioning unit was duct taped together, the shower only had 2 temperatures of water SCALDING HOT or COLD, the outside doors did not lock EVER, no feeling of security, the walls were so thin between rooms we could hear the room next to us sick vomiting all night, the desk chair broken, and the desk easily tipping, the only soap dish for shower was right above toliet paper...doesn't anyone else see this as a problem???

We were there for a graduation, so location was perfect! The rooms looked updated. It was clean and staff was nice. I would stay there again.

First night was Ok, I wouldn't book this again - even for the value of being close to the Naval camp. Second night was horrible, they put people upstairs from me who made so much noise I contacted staff twice. Staff never spoke to the people even though I told them it sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping heavy items on the floor - TIL 2 AM. Jeez, Wyndam will put their name on anything to make a buck.

Im sorry to hear that your experience was not to your standards. i can re assure you that if the front desk was contacted about noise that they did go to the room and speak with the guest. It is our protocol to do so.

Basic hotel

Pros: Staff was very nice. Location close to Navy base.
Cons: Musty smell in room (I did not tell staff about this smell.- got used to it i guess) bathroom needed updating.
Came to town for Navy graduation. This hotel is fairly close to base and graduation location. This was the reason I booked my stay here online. This is not a fancy hotel. Very basic amenities, needs to be updated but is fine for a night. Check in was quick and easy-had my reservation ready to go. Clerk was very polite and friendly. She explained where room was & that since it was graduation day tomorrow, breakfast would start at 5:30 instead of usual 6:30 and that they do have a shuttle to graduation if we were interested. Later when I asked for another blanket, She got me another one no questions asked. Room did have a musty/dusty kind of smell, like the room needed to be aired out. We did not tell staff about smell- got used to it as we spent time in room. I would suggest that the management check on this maybe its the air conditioner air filter or carpet needs to be cleaned. Bed was fine and bathroom was ok- clean but needed to be updated.Overall I would stay here again if I got a cheaper rate, I paid first rate i found online, not using any discounts or promo rates that sometimes you can find.
