I had to go to the front desk a number of times. My phone didn’t work. It was funny watching the maintenance person try to call the front desk when I told him it didn’t work. I had to go down to let them know which shuttle I wanted to take. I had trouble with the tv. Once the maintenance person wiggled it, it worked. I was expecting some restaurants to be near. That was not the case. I got in on a snowy night, and would have appreciated a ride to a restaurant. No go.

Great hotel for the price. Loved my view of the planes coming in for landings. Staff was very pleasant and will definitely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised. When we drove up to the hotel we were not impressed with the dated building. The Edward logo sign needs to be updated to more modern look. However, the inside of the hotel looks better than the outside. The room decor was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is incredible. Next to airport, car rental return and restaurants. The pool was cold but not a deal breaker. Will.definitely stay again.
