The halls smelled and looked dirty. The room smelled like urine and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the ceiling was dripping water. I booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first night because it was so bad.

Don't book here

Pros: Stay was OK...until my bad checkout experience.
Cons: Train your front desk people.
Travelocity booked my hotel stay with pay at hotel. No problems there. Check in was OK no problems. Check out I asked for a copy of my receipt and the front desk person promptly tells me that I have to go Travelocity to get my receipt. After checking that my credit card was indeed billed by the hotel and NOT Travelocity...the front desk person refused to get me a copy of my receipt. Lucky for me the hotel manager was there and he got me a copy of the receipt. Only took 20-30 mins to check out and get a receipt for my stay. I will not recommend this hotel and I will not stay here again.
