Wish I could post pictures of the shower floors so you can see how disgusting and dirty they were. I asked for another room thinking it was an isolated issue but no - my replacement room was just as bad. Found rooms are beyond basic. There are much better hotels at lower rates than this hotel. I had to stay here because the hotel I originally booked was sold out of additional nights I needed when I modified my trip. The room has no closet (there’s a wall hanger with 3 hooks and 3 hangers). The bed linen is a thin comforter. Generally, rooms are old but I could never get passed the dirty bathroom floors - I ended putting down an extra tower in the stall while I showered because there was no way I would be putting my bare feet on there. Positives: staff is nice. Heating/AC worked well.

I have spoken with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Chief of Engineering to discuss how we can remove the stains from the floors in question. I loved the property and the staff was amazing. Outside noise could be heard and it did get loud at night. Overall, the stay was fantastic!!!

Staff was very informative. Room was small but nothing we didn't expect. Great community kitchen. Basement lounge and board game room was very comfy. We stayed in the Queen bed very clean and comfortable. Was a easy walking distance to the train and could easily get to and from anywhere.

I liked that we could store our luggage before we checked in so we didn't have to carry it walking around the city. Same with after we checked out! Super friendly staff. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it was all we needed. Just a hint, no dresser but drawers are in the base of the bed with a safe. 😁
