I didn’t realize it until I arrived, but we stayed here last year! A pleasant surprise! Friendly, helpful staff; spacious, cozy room; delicious breakfast with lots of options; close to all the spots we love to visit in Schaumburg! Wonderful experience!

The hotel was modern, looked nice and clean, and location was excellent. My complaints was that the pool was very small. No hot tub. Not many chairs in the pool area, and the floor was incredibly wet and dirty. I was constantly afraid my young children were going to slip and fall. In our room, there was no curtain to cover the window. There were curtains, but no came across over the window. So we had to have them open all night - again not great especially with young children. The air conditioner made a loud annoying noise every time it kicked on. The hotel breakfast was very average. For these reasons, I would not stay again.

VERY spacious room! Close to the activities we had planned. I was disappointed that the staff had a lackadaisical attitude toward MASKING, and my safety. The pandemic is NOT OVER, people!
