I was very disappointed that their pictures of our suite was not represented properly. When seeing the description of the room, we saw a very different bathroom. Unfortunately our shower was much smaller, and we booked the room partially becof the bathroom we saw represented. Also, it was insanely frustrating having a $50 daily security fee without it being stated with our purchase. We would not have reserved the room at all if we knew the extra cost. Too bad that I could not cancel because I found out when my card was being charged. Still had a nice stay because the room was clean, but I will never book at this hotel again.

The hotel was incredibly average at best. The decor in the rooms is from the 90s', the phone looks to be as old as I am, and the TV is a very average flat screen that took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to actually work. The woman at the front desk seemed to have to spend a lot of time explaining to guests how their room phone and TV worked - Which they did a good job doing, but it boggles my mind that Hilton can't afford a few simple upgrades to make sure that the phones and the TVs in their room work. There is also at least a 2 inch gap between the room door and the floor, which means you can hear EVERYTHING that happens outside your room. I spent time worrying if the Netflix I was watching on my phone (after the TV was basically unusable) was too loud for others to hear. I was also incredibly disappointed to read other reviews that stated the hotel had hosted a huge wedding right before I arrived. How irresponsible during these times. I probably wouldn't have returned to this hotel, but after hearing that, I absolutely will not be returning.

The year since our last stay at this specific location has not been kind to the property. Noticed a lot of "needs improvement" areas and the staff seemed much less interested in our needs and desires. Sadly, I was overall disappointed and if I was choosing to stay in area again I would have to really consider other lodging options.

The room had a jacuzzi tub, which was a nice surprise, and the room had plenty of space. However, the mattress was extremely firm and I did not sleep well.
