Did not like the smell of the room nor the smell of blankets , hallways look dirty . I have stayed at other holiday inns before but this location is definitely not a good location to stay at .

We stay in this area to be close to several family members for various reasons. We had stayed at this hotel over several visits in the past few years and have always been pleased This time it was a Christmas visit. First of all, I had reserved an accessible room with a King bed, it had a queen size bed. It's difficult for two people to get comfy in a queen bed and it was a very soft bed, it was killing my back, so I did not sleep well during our stay. The first day, we returned to our room, it had not been cleaned, no fresh towels and no new coffee pods, hadn't been touched. So my husband went to the desk, and the guy tells him that housekeeping does not do the rooms on multiple day stays. So, okay, that's fine, but we still need some items. We stayed a total of three nights and our room was never touched! The guy at the front desk was very apologetic and took some money off of our bill for the inconvenience of him coming to the desk daily for basic supplies. I don't care if the room gets vacuumed, but please keep my towels stocked and coffee for my maker , oh and some more tissues please. I don't know if we will be going back after this experience! Maybe Doubletree next time!

We have stayed in this hotel many times before. It was still a very good and comfortable stay overall but the condition of the hotel and parts of our room were a bit on the decline. An example: one half of the room’s baseboard by the bedside was pulled away from the wall with raw carpeting and underflooring visible. The bathroom was very clean, shower and area great but the toilet had a slow leak. The carpeting in general is showing some wear. One of the 2 lights between the beds were broken and several table legs were loose and rocking. The staff was, as always, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast options remain very good. It is a good hotel and I hope these issues are addressed because we would like to continue visiting it when we are in the area.

We had a nice stay for 3 nights. I have to say the breakfast was excellent and Diana, who is the only one working with the breakfast, did an excellent job. She was friendly, helpful and engaging to the customers. The rest of the staff we encountered, was helpful and friendly.
