Room had no doorknob, no light in bathroom, toilet did not work. We will not and would not recommend anyone staying here. For the military base being close, you would think the staff and owners would have and take more pride in their property and buildings. They just did not care to fix problems at all or give us another room!!!!!!!

This property is nothing like the pictures at all. Run down at the very end of a business Park, clientele that makes you nervous and feel unsafe, and in general I would not recommend this place for anyone staying here by themselves be it a man or woman. Do you not stay here

I want my money back. I did not stay, I’m actually calling the health department on this location as well as complaining everywhere I can about your service.

I didn't like anything. They put us in a smoking room and we requested non-smoking. They gaves us another room, but it was horrible. The floors were filthy. The floor so wet we had to have someone come and dry them. We didn't have a microwave and they were going to bring it back. We never got it.

I like the walk in shower, the full size refrigerator, the stove top, and the microwave. The air conditioning worked well too. The motel was quite noisy and there were gnats or flying insects coming up from the shower drain. I would exterminate them, and more would come up the drain after several hours.

We arrived around 5pm from a 16 hour drive took an eternity to check in and when we to the room, it was filthy, bed not made trash food from the previous guest just a horror show I go down and let the front desk know, she sent someone up and all they did was just change the fitted sheets...that was all no cleaning no fresh towels nothing we decided to get our money back and head to another hotel, Super disappointing as a room was extremely affordable and in agreat area super spacious but the manager really need to have some accountability, from the previous reviews this is an occurring issue we took our chances and gave them a shot. I really do hope they get their act together as this hotel has a lot of potential

if You use Travelocity, expect to arrive at your hotel only to find no rooms available even with your confirmation number, and nothing more than, “I’m sorry Travelocity double booked you.” Travelocity blames the Hotel and the Hotel blames Travelocity. Regardless, you are turned away to try to find a hotel elsewhere and have wasted your time and energy. Travelocity May refund your overbooked room but the stress and inconvenience is not worth it. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

They gave us a room with only one bed when we booked two. The floors were so filthy. The other people staying at the hotel were loud all hours of the night

Horrible hotel/suite.

The first room heater didn’t work and door didn’t close, in -18 temps this was not ok. Second room heater over-heated and had to leave door open to cool down. The rooms are run down and in badly need of an upgrade. Absolutely no amenities at all. I mean not even laundry service to change out sheets and towels. If you asked for such services they would charge you for it. Another guest was asking for clean towels and they were arguing with him about getting more. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone even in the worst conditions.
