I visited this property back in 2012it appeared to be very new. I know that’s 9yrs ago, it appears the rooms are outdated, the carpet in my room was hideous with red spots, the carpet even felt dirty. The electrical outlets had so much dust on them and the cords plugged into them. The lobby furniture was dirty the foyer smelled like dogs. The ambience has went down, even though I know were in a pandemic The property can use some remodeling. I would never stay at this hotel again I almost want my money back.

The place is falling apart. Iced maker out of order. The elevator was out of order our entire stay. The carpeting is worn and filthy. The condensation problem with the windows in our room have the sills caked with mold.

I really enjoyed their pool slide and hot tub. However, due to a TV show being filmed at the time of my stay, the cave was not opened. I would have loved to enjoy the cave.

Very dated everything looked old and dark. had to get my own towels from the front desk there’s was no room service. Only one person working at guest services.

Unfortunately being that we are no longer a resort and are not operating a restaurant on site, we are not able to offer room service.
