Everything was well lit, which was great. However, the ice machine didn't work (and featured a threatening note from The Management), the outside garbage cans were overflowing, and the sole employee could not issue a functioning key for any rooms, so he had to run and unlock the door for each guest. The result was a very long wait to check in and no way to leave the room and get back in.

The place is so dirty, they state breakfast and coffee plus tea whole day in the lobby when booking but dont provide it. Linens, towels and beddings are dirty and burnt may be from smoking, rooms are not cleaned at all the whole entrie time one is there(we had 5 days). Very dirty sinks, dirty fridge, dirty microwave,...area isn't swept, filled trash bins....omg...overall dirty place dirty everything we were so deceived and disappointed. Rude indian guy at the reception. Please save yourself and enjoy vacation else where, we were not happy at all, wanted to leave but it was so late for the plans. If you don't want to get sick in Chicago, don't go there.

Why they charge in my credit card when I make the reservation I click pay in the hotel I change my trip to different day and they charge I my credit t card And also I pay cash I stay just one night

Absolutely disgusting rooms. Sheets where super dirty and the rooms were so terribly smelly. I booked 3 rooms for family members and was deeply embarrassed with all of them. I had stayed at motel 6 before but had never encountered such terrible rooms from them.

The shower in the room was NONFUNCTIONAL! I had to call the front desk 6 TIMES before someone was sent to the room! I then had to pack up, go to the office MYSELF in the freezing cold to get a different room assignment instead of the worker going to get me a different pass key to a different room where the shower actually worked! When I was repacking my car, I spoke to another person who was staying at this facility who experienced a similar problem with the shower in the room they had stayed in, so apparently this is NOT an isolated incident! Upon checking the website, I found that there were other past customers with the SAME problem!
