Very clean room. Soft pillow case and sheets that were not heavy starch, not scratching the skin. Fell right asleep.

The African American lady who checked me in is an asset to your hotel. She was great. The room was clean and all else was very pleasing.

The staff needs to be more friendly. They past by and fail to even speak. They need to realize that the guest pay their salaries and without the guest they would not have a job.
