There was no shuttle service. Spent $40 on taxi. Room was so bad I chose to (am) sleeping in the airport. Bad bad Bad

The description on Travelocity said free airport shuttle and free breakfast. There is no shuttle ($15 to $20 Uber each way). The breakfast is almost non-existent, just cereal and coffee, a joke. The room was large.

The hotel location was excellent. Front desk was helpful and courteous. No breakfast but instant coffee was great. Booked with two queen size beds. The beds were comfortable but pillow was mini-size. Room was cleaned with a fridge and microwave. Heating was excellent. Bath room needed TLC. Overall, it was a great stay.

If you’re expecting a free airport shuttle, don’t book this hotel. Even though the Travelocity details and the hotel website says it does, it does not. The guy at the front desk told me he doesn’t control the website. Travelocity was no help either. A cheap hotel turned into the cost of a nicer hotel without the hassle and paying cab fees. Spend the extra money and get a hotel with shuttle.
