We arrived late on a Friday evening but called mid-afternoon to let the hotel know and confirmed our king room reservation. The lady on phone said they would hold the room. We made this reservation 5 months ago. We arrived at the hotel at the time we said we would. The woman working the desk was not friendly. I asked if we had a king she said yes. However when we got to our room it was not a king. We called the desk & they said they did not have any available. Then why not tell me that upfront when we checked in or when we called hours earlier. Very thin walls made the hallway noise & arguing couple in the next room seem like they were in our room. Floors were not swept well - trash in corners of room Bathroom door did not stay closed Bed very soft and sounded like it would break whenever one of us rolled over Not a hotel up to Marriott standards.

Other than the lobby, the hotel feels very dated. The hallways were humid and hot. The air conditioner in our room made the entire room feel damp.

I booked tge room with king size bed.. came for check in - there was no availability, the front desk promissed me availability in couple of hours. I came back - they still didn’t have any rooms with king size bed.. Also, they didn’t come to clean and didn’t change towels

My room hadn’t been fully cleaned. And the building although was originally nice just seemed run down and not maintained.

Decent stay. Only a few hiccups. Had maintenance in our room to fix the chrome cast which we were so grateful that it finally worked even if it came with inconvenience. Liked our room but the windows don’t open. We would have preferred some fresh air from the “perfumed” smell in the room. And the bed was quite uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. But probably the funniest worst part, was the positioning of the toilet paper in the bathroom. You have to reach behind you and down and the roll is vertical and doesn’t rip. Highlight of the room, a table big enough to eat takeout on, and the incredible sunrise we witnessed in the morning.

I thought it was a nice place,but getting woken up most of night started after midnight and got worse by 3:30 a.m. Didn't sleep well at all.
