Sofitel is top notch! Service is absolutely the best starting with valet to the desk staff. Very clean and in order, rooms are great. Wonderful outdoor seating options. Will be making this my go to in Chicago.

This is our third time staying at the Sofitel Chicago, and we always have an enjoyable experience. The employees are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Winter, who works the lobby and front desk area, is an amazing employee and will always go out of his way to see how your day is and ensure you are satisfied with your stay. There were a few minor maintenance-related details that could be improved upon, including a slow draining shower (there was an inch or so of standing water by the end of a short shower) and loose electrical outlet covers. We will definitely stay here again on future trips.

Location is perfect, hotel is beautiful, clean, with well maintained rooms, great storage in room and bathroom, excellent staff. We will definitely stay again
