When checking in my cards were not accepted using the credit card machine. I went back down to the desk and someone else manually entered my card into their computer which then worked. The vents in the hallway are covered in thick dust. There were stains on the sheets and the pool had to be skimmed by us before use. The floor around the pool has used bandaides and needed to be swept. The chairs in the breakfast area were very stained and the breakfast was every disappointing with very little options.The bed was comfortable and the room stayed a consistent comfortable temperature. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but you could smell marijuana in the elevator. No one cleaned out room during the 3 days we were there or offered to do so. At one point our key cards didn't work and we had to go down 2x to get them fixed. We would never refer anyone to this hotel or go there again.

If I have to give stars for this place it would be -100 stars. This place is so out dated and dirty as can be. The carpet was torn and coming up in the hallways, the pool was green. The first room we were given had stains and sticky resude all over the carpet. The fridge was not clean and had mold in it, the sheets had white stuff all over it, the room look like it hadn't been dusted in years and the air conditioner / heater looked like it had pop or soda spilled all over it. The shower curtain bar was falling off in the bathroom and the entry light was burnt out. We were told that they would get someone to clean it and put on the "out of commission" list until it was cleaned and switched us rooms. Shortly after we switched rooms we saw another family go into that room. Went down to breakfast the next day and my wife went to get a waffle and there were ants all over the counter and the selection was horrible. The first night at about 1:30AM the smoke alarms went off so we went downstairs from the 4th floor, once we hit the first floor it was full of smoke. We get down to the check in area and the desk clark stated that it was okay to go back to our rooms and we informed her that the hallway was full of smoke and the clerk had no clue. I get the smoke and the alams going off are not there fault that someone burnt a bag a popcorn it was the fact they had no clue on what was going on. The hotel pictures on tavelocity are a horrible and misleading. Don't STAY HERE!!

Had problems unlocking door. Had to use gentle pressure. Air not turned on so room smelled musty. Once cooled, it was fine. Need to take track shoes to journey to pool since only 1 door was available. Otherwise, great stay. Clean & comfy!
