Really nice hotel for the low price i paid (about 80$ a night). Everything still quite new inside & spacious for 1 person. Nice desk to put food/computer stuff on. Main downsides are no central air the wall unit would become extra loud every once in a while when heating or cooling. They also apparently allow dogs in the hotel as there was a dog non stop barking a couple rooms down two mornings in a row which was not ideal. Also parking isnt ideal but it never is when your close to downtown. Had no problems parking in the cheaper outdoor lot for the week just takes about 5-10minutes of walking to get from parking lot to the hotel.

1. Public Transport was easily accessible from the property - buses ply in the road in front of the hotel and the red line (L Train System) was 9 minutes walking distance from the hotel. 2. Breakfast spread (available between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM) was basic but good. You can find options like bread, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, cut fruits, turkey and bacon, whole eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes. There were different spreads like jam, nutella, cheese spreads and so on as welll. 3. Room was fairly basic but our room had a few issues - night lamp didn’t work on one side, restroom exhaust was not working. I never made a request to have the same rectified - So, I can't blame the property of apathy but I hope these things get looked into. 4. The room I was allocated was very close to the street. I used to get disturbed by the sounds from the streets. So, if that is concerning, please ask for a room away from the roads. I won't mind staying in the property again - if I am back in Chicago. Note: Fantastic restaurants are present in close vicinity.

It smells so good as soon as you walk in the doors not to mention all the Chinatown stores on strip which is a plus for any anime or HelloKitty lover. Also breakfast buffet was delicious

Everything was great! Staff was particularly helpful. Parking costs $30 per but adjoins the hotel and well worth it for me. I do wish the free breakfast had bacon or sausage on the buffet table but there was plenty of good food to be had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Chicago!
I stayed one night and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel location is great and is fairly new, so the rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast served daily was very good and offered more than just the standard continental breakfast options. This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Chicago. Will be back for sure.

Room was way bigger than I expected and the breakfast was probably the best continental hotel breakfast I've ever had. The only problem was electronics. Their outlets by the bed shorted out two of my devices, and I had to crawl around on the floor to get behind the fridge to find out it wasnt plugged in after my food went bad overnight. I would stay again I just might double check electronics
