Location was perfect. Staff was quick to say hello, or welcome back. Room smelled and despite numerous complaints, nothing was done. Had to constantly go to front desk to get proper housekeeping. No shampoo or conditioner, only 1 towel left in room. Breakfast was bit or miss. Had to get fruit the night before because you could not count on it being available in the AM. Breakfast never seemed to have a regular attendant. Often running out of coffee.

Very nice. Clean comfy for 4 adults. Close to great malls and restaraunts and theatres.nice bteakfast.

Nice hotel/suite close to the annual ARM conf.

Pros: The whole apt like layout!
Cons: The bathrooms should have plastic shower caps in them.
My experience was excellent at the Town Place Suite. The one thing that needs to be available is suite shuttle service from O'hare to the Town Place Suite even on THE WEEKEND.

Friendly staff.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, bed comfort
Cons: Nothing close
Good value for the money. It is a bit of a drive though to see downtown Chicago. The bed was so comfortable.

nice for the price

I stayed 2 times the first time the room was nice, but the second time the bathroom vanity was damaged and not repaired. house keeping did not replenish the shampoo and conditioner that was used. The room had a slight unpleasant odor. good internet. cable was good. not a bad hotel for the price.

Wouldn't stay again

The front desk staff was friendly. However, there was urine on the toilet seat and the room reeked of what smelled like carpet fresh or something like that. We expected better from a hotel associated with Marriott. I would suggest staying at the Hyatt Place in Lombard. This is right down the road and is much nicer.

Wonderful

The stay was wonderful. The room was perfect. Clean and the service was extraordinary. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
