The girl at the front desk was clearly rude and on drugs along with the rest of the staff. The elevator button was broke and all the convenient dispensers didn't work. The room was filfty and someone kept going in and out slamming thw door all hours. id like my money back

The wife and I arrived at the Super8 motel on Saturday October 9th at 4pm. we noticed immediately that the area was not the best but we booked in with the nice lady at the front desk, which went well. She went to inspect the room for us and returned telling us it was ready. Upon entering the room we noticed a musty odor and that the furniture was very old looking and the couch and one chair had stuffing coming out of the cushions as if a dog had attacked them. The two waste baskets in the rooms were full of trash and there were either cookie or cracker crumbs all over the floor in the main room and the bathroom floor was also dirty. We were in town to attend a concert and didn,t have time to get into a hassle with the motel employees so we left for the concert. After the concert, about 10pm, and time to return to the motel, we both decided that we could not stay the night because of the condition of the motel room, so we went back to the motel and gathered our belonging and drove for two hour to return to our residents. I would also like to point out that viewing the pictures on the internet of the motel rooms, they were in pristine condition, completely different from was we actually saw at the motel.

The property has not been cleaned since pre-COVID clearly. The shower had mold on the ceilings and in the corners. Room is over-priced due to firefighters staying there which is abominable.

i liked nothing, was the worst motel i have ever stayed in. out of 0-10 i give it a -10. can't believe Wyndham has there name on it.

Quiet for the most part. Check-in was horrible and long to resolve because of a mix-up. The worse part of our stay was waking up to someone else trying to get into our room. Apparently the front desk had given him our room number. Luckily his keycard did not work. Lots of discomfort for the rest of our stay as you can imagine. Will not come back!

The room was large, clean but dated with a few minor issues. Nice balcony. The tv only had 5 channels that weren't fuzzy, annoying. The staff was super friendly and polite. Overall it was about what you would expect for the price on a last minute booking.

Funeral

When we arrived nobrooms were available yet. They gave us the only open suite to rest and get ready in. Then they had three rooms opened for us in no time. Very honorable very appreciated.

The lobby is deceiving to the rest of the hotel. Our reservation was for tow nights. Breakfast staff was unavailable to refill juice, coffee or food. The staff seemed more interested in going outside to have a smoke. I noticed there was a help wanted sign on the lobby door for housekeeping and front desk staff. They aren't kidding they need help!!!

One continual hassle from Check in to Check out!

Pros: We make quite a few trip to Oroville because we have family there and we always stay at Super 8. This time the hotel appears to be in need of repairs.
Cons: It is showing it's age and needs some drastic refurbishing. The paint job outside was nice but that did nothing to help the inside. It's getting old
Story is too long I will be contacting Super 8. Charged twice, unfamiliar employees as to operations of the hotel. Room not cleaned the day after we got there even when we returned at 5:30 pm. Excuse that the "DO NOT DISTURB" was on the door. Ours was still hanging inside the room.

Very comfortable!
