The manager and staff (especially Sam) were so helpful and caring about my husband and I and our needs. The room was clean and convenient as my husband does not walk very well and uses an electric chair. We had only booked for two nights and decided at the last to ask for an extra night and the manager went to a great deal to make sure we could keep the room we had, even though it was booked. The room was the most useful for my husbands needs and the manager contacted the people who had booked the room and asked if they would be willing to take another room and we were able to keep the handy cap room. Every morning we were asked if every thing in the room was okay and if there was anything we needed.

did like breakfast but didn't like we didn't have a chair in room, stated they were remolding also when someone else came in our room at 11 pm they had rented to also but were nice and helpful

The light in bathroom looked like it was ready to come crashing down I have a pic. Think $142 was way over priced

We only had contact with one employee and his customer service skills were exemplary. Our room was neat and clean, however some of the furnishings (in the bathroom in particular) were somewhat worse for wear. There was no plug in the sink to keep small items dropped from going down the drain. All that said, we will definitely book our next stay at this hotel.
