Both times I have stayed here, I had to wait 30 minutes for staff to come to the check-in desk. Bathroom smelled like urine and the bedroom had a funky smell as well. Shower did not drain efficiently and curtains were nasty. This place is not nearly as nice as it was when it used to be a Hyatt.

Property is nice. Staff are kind. This issue is with Travelocity. I booked two doubles with pull out but Travelocity only reserved a king with pullout. 5 people means my son slept on the floor

Telephone didn’t work. Lights around the bed were unplugged. While the staff took care of it immediately it shouldn’t have happened. Room should be occupancy rest. The AC not functioning properly. Breakfast was a big disappointment. I will not choose Hyatt Place again.

The staff were professional and responsive. This property is obviously very busy…time for a refresh in some areas. Carpet in my room was dirty in spots…but overall, the property is well maintained.

I’ve stayed at this property more than once. Staff are always friendly, and efficient. This time, although I requested room service while away from the property, my room was not freshened or towels replenished. No explanation was given. Otherwise, my stay was fine.
