When we arrived at 1am on wed oct 16th, nobody was at the desk and took several minutes to show up. We were told we would be charged for the full amount even though I had paid back in May. When I showed my bank statement, I got no reaction. He wanted to take zero steps to rectify the situation and just kept saying I needed to pay. He refused to call a manager or travelocity, which I had to do. He even argued with them. It took 30min to rectify situation, and this employee was uncommunicative, unhelpful, argumentative, distracted and never offered any form of apology for the inconvenience. The halls and elevator were visibly dirty/unswept, there was paper trash in our room, the coffee pot was used/uncleaned, and the bathtub had streaks on it. A very unpleasant experience!

Needs some improvements

Smell of marijuana in the hotel all weekend, room door didn't shut all the way. The memeber at the front desk was rude and on her phone instead of assisting me. Air conditioner in room did not work

Not a good night

We spent 2 nights there and the breakfast was cold. The room was dirty and we had an employee knock on our door at 10pm saying that the room below us wanted us to stop walking. We have 4 kids and were getting everyone ready for bed. I will never return to this place.

Family we were there seeing family and friends

It was very good the front desk attends were very nice room was clean .breakfast bar was good no problem with anything Except Coming around front of the hotel the one of the office blinds were broken the hotel is a nice looking hotel but that makes it look so so so bad. We said something to the attendees they all knew about it Why isnt it fixed It looks bad other than that it was great

OK hotel in Northern Cincinnati area

Pros: The location was convenient and very close to interstate access.
Cons: Some of the furniture was VERY worn.
Our daughter is a student at Miami University so we were travelling to visit her for Family Weekend. This hotel is located about 30 minutes away. The hotel was easy to locate and was clean. Some of the furniture in our room was really beat up. The couch had a large stain on a cushion. worn spots and the cushions no longer comfortable covered the metal parts of the pull out bed. The coffee table had seen better days. Breakfast on the first day was good, but the second day breakfast was below average. The potatoes needed to be cooked longer. All of the eggs on both days contained cheese, which doesn't work if someone in your group is lactose intolerant. Our stay was fine, but will probably try a different hotel in the future.

bedbugs

I woke up with bedbug bites all over me and my 3 kids too ! Now im worried I bought them home !!!! I had to wash everything I hope that worked, I let the manager know about!  My trip was ruined from these bed bugs!!!!! Never again I will stay there , manager wanted to give me credit for another day noway!!!!! Not there! !!!

Nice place to stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close
New and clean facilities. The staff was helpful. Somewhat misleading to say it's in Cincinnati. Have to drive 30 minutes to get downtown.
