Room was really humid, several broken things including toilet roll holder. Staff was friendly at times but not always. Room was mostly clean but several areas looked dirty. We could hear lots of other guest above us and in hallway frequently. Breakfast was good.

The property is fine. There was a problem with the reservation (don't know where, could have been me). My complaint isn't that there was a problem but that the person at the desk had no interest in helping me figure out a solution. Zero.

Pool was much smaller than it appears in photos and it was unbearably hot in the entire pool area, like a terrarium.

We had water pour out of our bathroom ceiling and had to move rooms in our pajamas, which included a move to the second floor without an elevator. The manager was never there and nobody else could help negotiate a discount for our inconvenience. The hotel is old and not very clean - many things were broken.

Easy access from interstate. Very clean, new, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. I could have spent less for a room but was very pleased with the accommodations.

I was very happy with the room itself. Nice bed and bedding. Appreciated the microwave, small fridge, hair dryer and ironing board. What I did not like was the lack of decent ventilation in the bathroom. It was like a steam room. A/C took it's time cooling off the room. Also the lighting was rather dim.
