Was very disappointed on the sanitation of our room, there was hair all over bathroom floor, pillows smelled like puke, and there was a leftover mess on the table we ended up cleaning. Other than that the room was decent for price & convenient location

We stayed one night and for a room that was set up like an apartment including two beds we got it for a great price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.

I am happy it was just a one night stay! Room was not ready when we went to our room. Door was wide open and dirty towels still outside the room. We had to go back down to the desk and get a hew room. Later in the evening while we are at dinner, the hotel called us and asked what room we were placed in, ugh! We get new room, no towels, no sheets for pull out bed, no Kleenex, and no shampoo. It is obvious that this room was not cleaned. I can’t think someone was in in this room working on it. It is funny that there is signs all over saying sanitized hotel. Our room carpet, furniture and doors have dirty spots all over it. There are sanitizers throughout the hotel and none are fully loaded with sanitizer. I am truly disappointed and feel a little grossed out. On positive note, the lady at the front desk was trying to help us out but was quite overwhelmed.

This is a good value hotel. Rooms are nice enough, staff are always friendly. It's a step above the bargain hotel chains since it has a nice lobby, pool etc. We have been staying there twice a year for 4 years and it has slid a little over that time period. Not quite as clean, check-in a little slower, sign outside has been temporary vinyl for 2 years now, starting to need some updates. But overall still a good place to stay. You get a little more than you pay for.

Hotel on top of the highway

The room was large, but we had to move to a different room because the thermostat in our room was broken and it was easily 85° when it was freezing outside...the breakfast was blah --the only healthy bread had mold growing on it, eggs were fake and sausage was very spicy and the only fruit available was apples. The bed was comfortable but since the hotel is literally, right next to the highway, we slept poorly due to all the trucks driving on the highway. When we asked if we could move to the far end of the hotel, we were told the only thing they could do for us was to offer ear plugs?? Won't be back...
