The walls had many holes in them. Window screens were bent. Thumbtacks in the walls placed placed Randomly. Other customers were loud. We didn’t know breakfast ended at 10 and didn’t get our Brown Bag. Alarm clock time was not set.

The only thing I liked was the location of the room. The room was nothing like the picture of the room I booked. I booked a micro suite and got a regular room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom...I felt like I was going t go thru the floor in the shower. The hair dryer was nasty and dirty. And the bath towels...has someone dried their dog? Black hair was on 2 of the wash cloths and and 3 of the bath towels. I waited to say how I felt until I got over our stay there.

This room was NOT what was pictured unless the pictures are 10 years old. The room was thankfully clean but that’s where the positive end. It was falling apart; cracked floors in bathroom, the “kickplate” area is broken and missing in several areas, lights with no bulbs, not a single toiletry item- the photos claimed Matrix brand shampoo and conditioner along with soaps- my bathroom didn’t even have a bar of soap for me to wash my hands with! overall, glad I was only here for one night and not a vacation!!!!

Property was fine. Travelocity booking gave me one queen sized bed for 3 people rather than 2 queens. I had requested 2 queens.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. I did not expect much for the price, but when we walked into the hotel there was a musty odor. Once we got into our actual room we found mold all over the bathroom and rust on all of the vents. We went to the front desk and they sent someone to clean the mold immediately while we were gone, when we returned the mold was indeed cleaned up but our entire room smelled like bleach. We asked for a refund and moved to a different hotel.
