Easy access from the highway, food options within walking distance. Mold on bathroom ceiling and funky room odor were dislikes

Hi Carol, I'm so sorry about the bathroom and odor mishaps. I'm going to have our maintenance team go and ensure these issues are taken care of so we do not make the same mistake again. I am glad you enjoyed our location.

I was told to use the door on backside of building to enter for closest access to my room. I was told the room key would get me in that door. But when we parked on that side and went to use our key we noticed that the door has no such luck. Which seem like a very hazardous situation. anyone could access the building at any hour. Not just people who are staying at the hotel. And I felt that the room was not very clean. There was a couch that had crumbs on it. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. The women who were serving did an excellent job.

We stayed for four night as part of our family vacation. The location was perfect for our family as we travelled to and from the Great American Ball Park and the Cincinnati Zoo. Our kids loved the pool. Fresh pool towels were provided daily and the continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of foods to choose. We will definitely be back when traveling through.

Called this hotel last minute--they were able to accommodate us without problem. Remodeled and very clean. Beds have pillow top mattresses, soft pillows and flat screen TVs in the room. Nice desk to work at and in room coffee pot. Great stay and wonderful staff. Will come back to this hotel every time.
