Friendly staff and nice walk to over-the-rhine and mt adams and art steps and museum. Cincinnati has great old buildings and neighborhoods and lots of hills. Good views and a heart pumping good time available right outside the hotel.

The property has a great location if you are going to a Bengals game but be prepared to pay through the nose for your room. For the amount of money we paid for 2 nights I could have stayed somewhere else for a week! Plus we were supposed to have 2 Queen Sized Beds and there is no way they were Queens---had to only be a double as I almost fell out of bed several times. I just feel like I should have gotten more out of my experience than I did

The hotel was very nice and the shower was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fine I liked the fresh fruit options. Good location for getting all around town. Very close to I 71 entrances. All staff were wonderful! The only glitch we had was the toilet in our room needed the water pump in the tank replaced but it wasn't a big problem for us.

The checkin staff was pleasant and helpful with information and amenities. However, the morning staff was very inattentive. The breakfast was not self serve due to COVID and they acted like it was a bother. They were too busy chitchatting and acted like it was a bother when we asked for a cup of coffee.

Hotel and staff were good, but girls soccer team stayed in the rooms surrounding us and ran the halls yelling and giggling until 3am.
