The Perfect Place to STAY !!!!!!
Borgo La Chiusa was over the top awesome - we will stay here every time we come to Sicilia !!!! Valentia our host was super. The room was absolutely beautiful and every detail was perfect. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The bed was super comfortable, room was large and very classy - much more than just a hotel !!! Every part of our stay was perfect - 100 on a scale of 1 to 10 !!!!!

Schöne Bilder- das war es aber auch
Wir waren als Familie dort In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um zu schwimmen und auch das Stätdchen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Trotzdem haben wir die Unterkunft nach zwei Nächten (gebucht waren sechs) wieder verlassen: Das Schlimnste zuerst: Schimmel an den Wänden! Schimmel in der Gemeinschaftsküche (Essen, Kaffeemaschine)! Kein Fenster, nur eine Tür nach draußen und eine in die Küche Frühstück heißt abgepackte Sachen, spülen muss man selbst. Reichhaltig und gesund geht anders. Vermieter waren zum Abkassieren da, danach nichts mehr, auch keine Reaktion auf unsere sachliche Kritik Kein Schrank im Zimmer (wir haben aus den Koffern gelebt) Keine Tür zu den Kindern Möbel im Bad quellen auf (vermutlich hohe Luftfeuchte und auch Schimmel) Bad war bei der Ankunft nicht gut gereinigt. Viele Haare im Duschbereich und auf dem Boden Für Familien absolut unpraktisch, aber auch als Paar, nicht optimal. Wo trocknet man die Strandsachen? Ja, viele schöne Bilder für eine schöne Instagram Story, aber nicht mehr Die ausschließlich positiven Google Rezessionen hätten uns eigentlich stutzig machen müssen. Geld gab es natürlich keins zurück, auch keine Entschuldigung Persönliche Begrüßung? Nur auf mehrfache Bitte. Durch die Kamera hätten sie ja gesehen, dass wir angekommen sind. Tür ist offen, Schlüssel liegt auf dem Tisch. Nie wieder
