I loved our stay . The staff was very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. They made our stay in Cleveland wonderful! I would definitely go back again!

The bathroom had black stuff around the tub there was some food in the carpet in the room

I killed a couple of centipedes in my room, so I can only assume that there were more hiding somewhere. Tried not to think about it when I went to bed. Ick.
