The staff were very nice. I booked this for the pool for my kids as a halfway stop on our long drive. The kids could only stand being in the pool for a short time because the chlorine was so high it was burning their eyes. The room was not fully clean (coffee circles on the desk and grease marks on the desk and headboard. There were crumbs on the desk chair and floor.), both queen beds were broken and rattled and squeeked even with small children on them, the carpets in the room and the bedding had stains, food was still in the room freezer, and the elevators did not sound good (loud and rattling). I was disappointed especially since it was one of the more expensive hotels in the area.

I rented this room for our wedding and we were told the room would look just like the picture on line. The picture online showed rose petals and everything. I called and spoke with a male several times about the room and he assured me that the room was done. My husband had came into the property to pre pay the room and again was reassured that the room would look like the picture. When we arrived the room was not done at all, the buttons on the tub would only work sometimes. We couldnt turn it off because the off button didnt work and at one point it was spraying water because the jets wouldnt go off. When i spoke with the front the only thing i kept getting was that i had to speak to a manager
