property had an odor, I believe because they are painting. It could use some updates and painting. Desk help was sometimes hard to find.

Was traveling with friends and they opted to stay here for its location, accessible rooms and indoor pool for exercise and physical therapy. The hotel is clearly in transition and both our rooms were in great need of remodeling. Furniture and cabinets were generally old and worn, albeit functional and clean. My room was a large suite with a kitchenette, but the arrangement of the furniture was strange. The desk and sofabed were parallel to the TV instead of facing it so viewing angles were difficult. The king bed was worn out in the middle. I tend to sleep on the edge anyway, but still managed to fall into the 'pit' during the night. A large single sink served as both a kitchen and bathroom sink, but there was no place for hand towels or toiletries, except, perhaps inside a kitchen cabinet. The bathroom was just large enough for the tub and toilet. The tub was old and dingy, but clean and water pressure was good. Toilet had a vacuum assisted flush and worked well. Room was very well lit, with three overhead lights as well as an entrance sconce and a pair of bedroom lamps. WiFi was very good and there seemed to be hundreds of cable channels. The indoor pool room was old and the chaises sagged, but the pool itself was well maintained. I like that older pools are deeper (5 feet at one end) and this one had a full set of stairs to enter. COVID affected staffing and services, but I guess that's everywhere.

No in room coffee. No tv guide. No do not disturb sign. NO bathroom cup. Took dirty towels and did not replace. Fire alarm went off and all the windows are nailed shut. No place to sit outside.

The room I ordered wasn't ready so we got put in a smaller room. Instead of 2 beds like I ordered we had to share a bed. Pool was dirty so we didn't get in. Hot tub was closed. Advertised included hot breakfast but nope. Coffee maker in room but no coffee or cups. Our sink in room was clogged. Overall the facility needs a lot of cleaning and maintainance work. And online advertisement needs updated so less people have disappointing experiences. I think I paid way too much for what I got. This experience totally changed my opinion of La Quinta. I have added La Quinta to my list of hotels to stay away from. I should get a refund.

Went swimming w my husband and a famiky brought their whole family there was 32 People in the pool, my bed sheets were dirty, someones old wet clothes were still in the closet where the iron is, the ac didnt work, Made for a warm night in the room. I will never come back! Waste of money. Oh and the hot tub didnt work.

Where to begin... never will stay here again. No hot water took all day to get us switched to a new room which was not the same size bed requested. Floor had red stains all over. Noise in rooms horrible could hear what room next door was saying doors slamming all the time. Wanted to swim and there was a nasty film overlaying the water. I’m sure I am forgetting something but you get the point. Do not stay here.
