When I decided to get into the bed around 1:30am. The sheets were blood stained!!! Even though, I was given a new room. They refused to refund me for my stay. Any guess who has blood stain sheets should be refunded. No way can you have a good night's rest after that!!!

Called earlier in the day to confirm airport shuttle service at 4am. Kept getting rerouted to general Laquinta number. Checked in approx 9pm and was told airport shuttle does not run on Sundays. The purpose of our stay was because hotel had airport in it's name. Had to drive ourselves to airport without the convenience of shuttle. Would have just stayed at home and used park and fly if this would have been disclosed earlier.

Staff is excellent. Hallway was dirty. Elevator was out of service for the first floor for part of the time. Hot tub was being refinished but we didn't know that until after we checked in. Requested to be near my daughter, but was placed on a different floor. That room's air conditioner was not working so ended up on my daughter's floor after all. Second day when we went to use the pool it had flooded and the floor was completely covered with water. So it was unavailable to use
