Barking dog was unpleasant, but front straff took care of it. The shower had a “dead spot” in the temperature control knob, too much fussing to get it to work properly. Some wear and tear, mostly cosmetic. However, the room included a larger fridge, and microwave. Nice pool area, and really good breakfast. Eggs, sausage patties, french toast etc.
