We were seeing a show at the House of Blues which was within easy walking distance of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade upon checking in. The lobby area floor was pretty dirty and the decor was dated. Our room was huge, but also had dated decor and just kind of shabby in appearance.

Great hotel, located in the heart of Cleveland's tiny downtown. Lots of dining options literally around the corner, friendly staff, and walking distance from the lake, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. \m/

Cleveland is my home, but my husband and I stayed overnight downtown after a concert, and it was our first time at this particular hotel. The room that I reserved was no longer available, so the front desk gave us an upgrade which was totally unexpected. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful visit. The next time we decide to make it a whole night out, we'll stay at the Residence Inn!

The hotel was conveniently located across from the Rocket Mortgage Field House. Hotel was clean, friendly and well maintained. Perfect for spending the night after an event and convenient to lots of restaurants in the area.
