The suite was large, the beds comfortable and the water pressure great. However, there was a cockroach in our bathroom and old food fell out of the couch cushions.

Unlike the description, this hotel does have a front desk. Shuttle service covers a 2 mi radius and runs on the half hour from 6a to 2p and then on an hour. I found the shuttle useless for my returns, as I never could reach them. I was able to walk the 2 blocks back from Cleveland Clinic. There is a ramp to the front door and an elevator to the lobby which I found useful. My room was surprisingly very nice with a refrigerator and large TV with powered nightstands. The restaurant was pricey but good enough to eat there everyday.

We were real pleased with the staff. The staff met all of our needs and fixed what was wrong with our room. Upon arrival, the bathtub drain was somewhat clogged and drained extremely slow. I did ask them twice to take a look at it and on the third time, they upgraded us to another room free of charge. We could really tell they wanted to make us happy and comfortable. Other than that, we were real pleased with our stay.

All the staff were very friendly and professional, they showed courtesy and they made us feel at home in another city ... the hotel is clean and provided you great hospitality.....the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional also. I would definitely recommend Tudor Arms Hotel to anyone, ....Thank you Mr. Pittman and staff for making our stay at your hotel "Great" ....P.S., I'll be back...

Historic hotel, good location, free parking. When I arrived, things were fairly chaotic due to Cleveland Clinic patients who hadn't checked out. But they took care of me: instead of a room with two double beds, I had to "suffer" with two king rooms.
