We enjoyed our one night stay - the staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious and we were thankful for the hot breakfast! It was also great to have the full kitchen - after a couple days of eating out of our cooler, it was nice to be able to transfer our food to the refrigerator and eat at a table.

I am sorry that you were not happy about your stay. We believe that we are centrally located between Cleveland and Akron in a mixed residential and business location that appeals to the majority of guests. I apologize that this did not meet your criteria.
